Achieving the perfect kitchen or bedroom begins with your personal designer.

Our showroom is located in the village of Winkfield, Berkshire. Here we’ll guide you on a journey to experience our beautiful kitchens and bedrooms in both contemporary and classic styles. Or if you prefer, a designer will gladly meet with you at your property.

Our initial discussions are all about listening. We are excited to discover your design aspirations, your family’s lifestyle and your dreams for the space. We will explore our extensive portfolio of kitchen and bedroom designs, as well as any inspiration you have collected, to establish a design direction.

Our designers work from architect’s plans or they will visit the property to take measurements.

Design

Fully taking into consideration your design brief, we pride ourselves on selecting the right products and design to give you so much more than you thought was possible for your budget.

We invite you back to our showroom for the presentation of your design. Photo-real computer generated images (CGI’s), a detailed plan drawing and physical material samples, will enable you to visualise exactly how your dream space will look once installed.

Your designer will talk through each aspect of your design in detail including a full quotation. It’s important that you feel completely comfortable so we will happily make any adaptations before you choose to move forward with KCA.

Confirmation of Order

Your designer will discuss all aspects of your order, answering any questions you may have. They will also outline the process and the next steps, so you know exactly what to expect.

To help achieve a high standard and timely installation for you, each design and order is checked by our technical teams before confirming with production.

Delivery

Our employed delivery team receives each item and checks for damages before storing in our own warehouse in Winkfield where it is kept in a safe and secure location ready for delivery.

To protect your furniture and appliances, it is important that they are always placed in suitable conditions. Your designer will visit the property prior to delivery to check that the environment is appropriate for delivery.

Our delivery personnel will deliver each item with care and ensure that it is left in a secure, safe place ready for installation.

Installation

At KCA we’ve been evolving and refining our installation process since 1993 to execute each kitchen or bedroom design to an exceptional standard. Our own employed installation teams have passed our in-depth training programme and are fully qualified to ensure the highest quality of installation.

Using the latest technology, your dedicated KCA installation team will liaise closely with your designer and other tradesmen to ensure the process is a smooth and seamless one.

Our installers will leave your space clean and tidy throughout your installation, minimising disruption to your daily life. Once your kitchen is installed the team will inspect your kitchen or bedroom in detail to ensure the finished result is as expected, and more.

Aftercare

Your journey with KCA doesn’t end once your kitchen or bedroom project is complete. Our Client Services team remain committed to helping you with any aftercare assistance you require at any time throughout the life of your kitchen or bedroom and beyond.

We are proud to assist clients for many years after their kitchen or bedroom has been installed by us and we are always on hand to help.
